At WYLD Clothing, all of our products are made-to-order using our print-on-demand partner. This means each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Australia: 3–10 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Multiple Shipments
As we work with multiple production partners, items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Delays & Responsibility
WYLD Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to guarantee redelivery or refunds.
